Sales Manager
Qualification
- BS or MS degree in business, CS, or Engineering
- MBA a plus
- 3+ years of direct service sales
- Familiar with channel sales
- Great communication skills
- Great management and leadership skills
ENGINEERING DEPT.
Architect
Qualification
Phd degree in Operation Research, Statistics or Mathematics, Physics or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in statistical modeling / quantitative analysis in financial, insurance, marketing or consumer oriented companies
- Familiar with statistical methods - survival analysis, logistic regression, categorical data analysis, CART/MART, Neural Network, confidence intervals, Monte Carlo simulation
- Familiar with statistical software package - SAS, Splus, Matlab, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a technical team
